"The night before I got an e-mail from someone claiming to be a new driver and also I should pay GBP 7.00 extra ti the driver because some Stansted drop off fees were not included in the first offer! I ignored this email, but thought this WooW was a total hoax! Still, this new driver came on time and was a good driver. He solved this fee question with your office. I did not like this part."

"Paid for a Mercedes E-Class but due to a delay a different car and driver was assigned. The second driver was fantastic, excellent driver and very personable. I Couldn't recommend him highly enough. However I am disappointed at the price paid for the service overall given that paid for Mercedes E-Class and was assigned a Pruis. It would be nice to have been offered a discount accordingly."
