"Our driver was on time, met us in the terminal with a sign (a rarity these days) and was extremely polite and helpful. Will definitely use them again. "

"I received a message 15 mins prior to the booking time to advise that there was no longer a driver for the booking and another was being sought. I tried to contact the office but it was an answering machine.
Eventually someone did call me back. The driver drove past the collection point. I called earlier in the day to give more detail as to the collection point to try and make it easier for the driver, however, the operative I spoke to didn't update the booking - advising that it wasn't necessary - when clearly it was necessary. The driver, however, was excellent - apologetic and friendly."

"On time, got there is good time, no fuss. It was tricky to get in touch with the company on the day of the lift which was a bit stressful (there had been train cancellations), but they called me back and sent a text to sort it out. Otherwise good."
