"The drivers were punctual and on time for both journeys to & from the airport. Both were friendly and pleasant to talk to. It would have been nice to receive the meet & greet actually in arrivals rather than at the terminal car park. Overall a good service but deducted a couple of star rating purely on the meet and greet. I have used this company quite a few times now and will continue to do so."

"The website mentioned I would get a second email with confirmation but did not get so I called to find out.
Also said the driver would be with a sign waiting but when called to confirm the said that would be extra 10 pounds, which I agreed to and still was recommended to wait for the drivers call to meet in the parking. Which I did and was fine.
Having said these 2 things I requested the service only 12 hours before so I am very thank fui that it took place in that short notice. Thank you"
