"The driver was friendly and punctual, however we booked for 8 people and his 2nd seatbelt in the front of his vehicle didn't work. He proceeded to tell me this was booked for 7people and needed to put his vehicle into mercedes to be fixed. I didn't feel very safe travelling without a seatbelt, but had no other option. Not very impressed."
"I was pleased with the driver on Thursday 14th. If I’m honest the driver today on Saturday was polite etc. however his tendency to brake hard / late, was not pleasant and when I mentioned this to my wife she totally agreed… which is very rare! This is the second time I’ve used Taxicode and will certainly use them again in the future. Best regards
