"After a cancellation message and a stressing few hours then you/driver agreed to still come with our own back up if the cases didn't fit! The driver fitted the cases in and off we went! I think rather than just sending a cancellation message, a phonecall would have been more convenient! All was well in the end!"

Boking was easy and cost in line with expectations.
If we had a criticism it was that the Oremier Inn has two exit doors and I was watching from one while the driver went to the other. I ran of course ro catch him but by then he had turned round and gone to the other door. Clarity on pick up point would have helped."
