"Car on journey to airport was much smaller than expected, as it was only a 5 seater. It was also unclean and a bit smelly. This was disappointing as we had paid extra for a bigger car.
The one on way back was much larger and more in line with what I expected.
Both drivers were on time, the one on return journey coming early after checking flight times."
