"The driver was excellent, polite, helpful and an excellent communicator in coordinating us getting to the meeting point (I required special assistance within the airport).
The airport was not able to get a wheelchair after customs and so I was having to walk to the car. He went off and found a free wheelchair!
Car was great, clean and plenty of space.

"The driver was great. There was a miscommunication however on his location by the support number - he was not out the front of the premier inn, he was inside, and when I contacted him he came out to get us. This was not his fault, rather the company.
