"Pick up place for concert hall should be Killermont street not 2 Sauchiehall street that comes up on your booking address. Sauchiehall street is pedestrianised. This caused confusion and delay for us and driver.
Driver was excellent once we managed to get in contact with him.
Tip was not offered as the charge of £41.50 was more than enough."
